SAND: Raiders of Sophie Crew Size Guide

Official support information describes SAND as playable in crews from 2 to 6 players. That range matters because your communication load changes as the crew grows.

Duo Runs

A duo should keep calls simple: one player watches route safety while the other handles loot or interaction decisions. Do not split so far that a mistake becomes two separate fights.

Small Crews

Three or four players can cover more angles, but they also create more noise and confusion. Assign one person to call extraction timing so the group does not argue after the run becomes profitable.

Larger Crews

Five or six players need clear roles. Decide who scouts, who tracks loot value, who watches rear pressure, and who makes the leave-or-stay call. Large crews lose runs when everyone assumes someone else is watching the exit.

Crew rule: more players increase power, but also increase coordination cost. Keep the plan simple enough to follow under pressure.
